Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony 
Washington, Illinois 
May 30th, 2022 – 10:00AM

Our Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony has always been a great tradition here in Washington, Illinois, recognizing those that paid the ultimate sacrifice for our Nation.

 
This year’s parade starts off at 10:00AM from N. Main and Jefferson Streets then travels south to Glendale Cemetery, where a ceremony will be held at the Veterans Memorial. 

This year’s featured speaker will be U.S. Congressman Darin LaHood with reflections from Colonel Rusty Ballard from the 182nd Airlift Wing.

Let's gather along the parade route and line our streets in red, white and blue to honor, celebrate and recognize those that made the ultimate sacrifice.
