IMRF Information Per 40 ILCS 5/7-135.5(b)

ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND INFORMATION (NEW REQUIREMENT FOR 2021) 40 ILCS 5/7-135.5(b)
A municipality that maintains a website and is an employer participating in IMRF shall post on its website, no later than January 1, 2021, a link to a page on the IMRF website that provides the following information: 

•    Copies of all resolutions adopted by a municipality on or after January 1, 1995, to participate in IMRF if such a resolution was required;
•    An annual report listing each municipality and the date each municipality first became a municipality that participates in IMRF;
•    All documents pertaining to each municipality’s annual projected future IMRF contributions under this statute; and,
•    Information about the amount of each municipality’s past required contributions to IMRF for each year of participation on or after January 1, 1995, and before, if available.

(A municipality that establishes a website on or after January 1, 2021, and is an employer participating in IMRF shall also post the link on its website.)
